The Nature of
Our Creations
Every piece is handcrafted and built to order.
No creations are exactly alike-variation is part
of the industry.
Items may differ in texture,color, level of aging, and detail depending on price payed and build levels .
Whats not Allowed.
No real people names unless given specific permission from the person themself.
No copy righted pieces are allowed,
No items can represent or condone worshipping the devil or evil entities that mocks religion.
No threats or political statements also allowed.
What is allowed?
They can be personalized or Original ideas inspired by Copyrighted characters or ideas.
Peoples names if given permission by the person, physical evidence of permission is required both vocal recordings and picture of written consent needed.
Historical characters and known Monsters are allowed just not copy righted versions.
Funny phrases or play on words also allowed as long as they are original.
Materials used.
We use affordable yet high quality materials such as resins, filaments, Xps insulation foam board, pvc pipe,Drylock Masonry waterProofer and sealer, Paint, etc.
Many creations such as tombstones, candelabras, sconces, torches, etc. are Fragile and are not indestructable and require to be handled with care.
How Creations are
Transported
Every piece is handled differently and will be transported and delivered in 3 separate ways. Shipping, Delivery, and local pick up.
Shipping-
Some pieces are very large which means high shipping cost depending on the dimensions of the item+ packaging, weight of the item including packaging, and distance traveled.
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing and are calculated separately after orders have been placed. Some items espicially large time consuming props may qualify for free shipping due to their high cost.
Due to the nature of shipping and the products any slight imperfections or wear from transit are not considered damage In the event of severe beyond repair damge solutions will be disussed and Physical evidence such as photos of the damaged product.
Delivery-
is offered to anyone who lives with in 45 minutes to an hour of Novato california.
Delivery fees will be charged based on costs such as gas, time, and bridge tolls.
Local pick up-
is offered and is required for builds over 4ft tall unless accomodations are made to be shipped in separate pieces to reduce shipping costs.
Props can be fragile and must be handled with care and are not meant for big impacts, major force , or heavy weather.

Returns, Replacements, Changes and Cancellation
Changes and Cancellation-
Every piece is built starting after order is placed and will be canceled or changed only if requested within a 24 hour to 48 hour window. After 48 hours progress may be too far a long to make changes or cancelations.
Returns-
No returns accepted except in certain situations(i.e. damaged beyond simple repair).Send a raven to/ message the owner/Seller to see if your situation qualifies.
Refunds-
Full Refunds are only given if the products arrived broken beyond repair (i.e. shattered glass) and requests must be made within a 24 hour period after receiving and opening the package.
Partial refunds of 10% -20% are offered if small detail/design mistakes are made (i.e. names mispelled or incorrect dates, etc.).
Replacements -
Discounted replacements are offered if product breaks from mishandling or Shipping damage. You can send a raven/ message to the owner/Seller to see if your situation qualifies.
Free replacement parts are offered in alternatives to partial refunds for small mistakes made durring build process. requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving/ opening the package.
All Solutions must be requested in their given time frame and are handled on a case-by-case basis. As well as require physical proof and given reason.
We are not responsible for damages made after and durring shipping of the product. once item has been shipped it is out of our control, and responsibility falls on the carrier (I.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We offer a 10% off discount to Active military personnnel and veterans. Proof of service is required to receive discount.
Seniors (Ages 65+)-
We offer a10% off discount to seniors which is anyone age 65 or older. physical Proof of Age is required to receive discount.

Every Friday we have a Sale known as freaky Friday that lasts 6Am-9pm pacific Time. Discounts vary each Friday in reguards to the amount discounted, and applies to either bulk orders or individual items. no Fridasy is ever the same.
Holiday promotions-
These offers go on for two months starting prior to the major Holiday (i.e. For halloween Promotions will be going on starting beginning of September and end a few days prior to Halloween). discounts will varry each week and will be for individual items only.

Holiday Havens pricing System
All builds contain four tiered Pricing ranges which are Entry Level, Budget, Standard, and premium.
Payment must be received before building or at the latest before shipping occurs .
Each tier level maintains same base materials to meet our quality standards. But differ in terms of add on materials and Level of detailing.
Prices are determined by tier Level, size, and amount of Add- ons included.
Entry Level-
Very Basic finish with some light aging and texturing. Add on embellishments will be made using Hot glue with a mold. and products will have simple design and structure.
Budget Tier-
Enhanced basic finish with slight heavier aging and texturing. Added detail sch as routed edges. Embellishments will be made using 3d printed Filament, and more intensional shaping.
Standard Tier-
Deep Texture/ carvingand shaping, Layered Finish(aging,depth, and contrast), Add on Embelishments will be made with Cast resin. products will overall have moe complex design and a more polished look.
Premier Tier-
These products will have extreme highly realistic detail. Heavy sculpting, added integrated features depending on product (such as added lighting or movement).Also will be like a center piece. 3d printed resin Embellishments will be used for add- ons and details.
Some pieces/products will require different higher qaulity materials to accomodate design at higher tiers.
At the same time at lower tiers less quality materials may be used to accomodate design (I.e. for presents using wreath frames to build christmas presents in order to add lights.
Payment must be received before building or at the latest before shipping occurs .

Failiure to adhere to Decrees and Offerings will result in denial of order and service or withholding your item until all terms have been honored.
